LUV Infinity Group operate multiple hospitality and technology brands across England and Wales. With brands including OMG Clubs, JAVA Café Bar &Cocktail Lounge, Dorothy’s Showbar and Eposbuddy, we are always innovating and pushing boundaries to deliver products and experiences that set us apart from the crowd.
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Digital Marketer to run marketing campaigns on the web, social media and other digital marketing platforms, whilst also increasing brand exposure through engaging and exciting social media content. Duties will include identifying market trends, managing social media channels, planning campaigns and using web analytic tools to analyse the performance of our digital content and marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
To develop, manage and execute the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Building and maintaining our brand’s presence across multiple social media channels
Grow web traffic and enable digital growth.
Manage our social media platforms, which include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
The creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content based on a planned, regular publishing schedule, that builds meaningful connections and engages with our customers.
Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across channels, and to action improvements and solutions.
Develop and monitor ad campaigns.
To identify new markets, channels and strategies for online growth
Coordinating with the digital marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies
Inspire and educate our venues on-site socials with clear direction and purpose
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Demonstrate industry experience in digital marketing strategy, SEO, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Knowledge of Hoot Suite and the ability to be independent and self-sufficient with social media & content creation is vital
Monitor social media platforms, outside of standard 9-5 office hours.
Maintain excellent writing and language skills.
Highly organised and able to communicate effectively with all members of the team.
Experience using Facebook Business / Meta Suite, with strong knowledge of how it works. A passion to continually research and improve knowledge
Effectively communicate information and ideas in written and graphic format.
Proficient with Photoshop.
Background/experience in Graphic Design
Sound and up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Experience in hospitality isn’t a prerequisite, but a passion for the industry and brand-building is a must.
Salary- £30,000 per annum + staff bonus & incentive scheme worth up to £1560 per year.
This is an office-based role with occasional travel, Monday – Friday
