We are a forward-thinking start-up disrupting the online edible beauty market and looking for an eCommerce Digital Marketer to join the team.
Working out of modern offices in the heart of the west end you will play a key role in helping to drive sales to our website and Amazon store.
You must be a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about exceeding sales targets and increasing revenue. You will be responsible for creating and optimising PPC campaigns over Social, Google and Amazon to drive sales through our DTC website and online marketplaces. Additionally, this role involves identifying and analysing search strategies that increase profits and identifying data-driven insights to improve performance.

Candidate duties:
· Establish digital strategies and subsequent campaigns across social media channels, including setting and analysing KPIs/ROI, and end-to-end campaign management to drive sales to our website and online marketplaces.
· Setting up campaign pre-launch specs: client pixels, keyword strategy, custom audiences, etc.
· Handling day-to-day campaign activities: bid management, feeds management, automation set-up, Performance monitoring, campaign restructures / segmentation, ad copy testing, etc.
· Ownership of content development, working closely with creative to deliver on innovative narratives and campaigns for social media channels
Candidate requirements
· Proven track record of creating and executing a digital marketing strategy that has led to the success of a brand, with a large increase in sales, growing online sales over 20 million plus.
· At least 4 years of professional experience managing Social, Google and Amazon PPC campaigns especially when looking at ROAS, and Total Sales Growth.
· Strong understanding of the DTC sales and marketing funnel and retargeting strategies to support audience growth/data capture and conversion on product.
· Experience with strategising paid campaigns across key digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and Amazon.
· Be a proactive self-starter – from identifying opportunities to gathering insights.
What you’ll receive:
· Salary 50K + commission OTC £75K year 1.
· New modern office just off Oxford Street
· 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
· Core working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
