Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment are recruiting for an E Commerce Customer Experience Manager for a renowned luxury country store nestled in the Highlands of Scotland.

About the role:
As a Digital Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for optimising the digital experience of our retail customers across various digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Ecommerce, and IT, to design and implement digital strategies that improve customer conversion, drive sales, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Develop and implement an AB testing program to optimise the customer experience on The House of Bruar website and increase the conversion rate.
- Enhance the customer experience across all digital touchpoints, including websites, social media, email marketing and other channels.
- Conduct regular analysis and research to identify customer needs, preferences and pain points, and use insights gained to optimise the digital experience.
- Work with the Ecommerce developers to optimise online shopping experience, including checkout, payment, and delivery processes.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to ensure maximum benefit from digital partners.
- Monitor digital performance metrics, analyse data and report on results to identify areas for improvement to further optimise the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend new digital initiatives to improve customer engagement and sales.
The perfect candidate will be / have:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or a related field.
- Experience managing digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, mobile apps and websites.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of the retail industry and customer behaviours is a plus.
