Parsons Bakery is a Bristol-based independent, family owned and operated bakery business, first established over 100 years ago (!) with shops in Bristol, Cardiff, on the M5 and M4 corridor.

We operate 48 shops, all of which are supported by our Central Bakery – based in Bedminster, Bristol. We currently have over 400 employees over our stores and, in our Bakery, and are proud of the diverse work force we have. Many of our teams started with us numerous years ago, and through hard work and dedication, now fill most of the managerial roles within the company. We are looking for a “Parsons Picker / Packer”

Sunday 6.00am to 12.00pm.

The main purpose of this role is to sort products that have been ordered by the shops, into their delivery routes, using our systems.

The role requires a bit of concentration and the ability to logically sort products into a methodical order. You will work quietly in our dispatch area of The Bakery, as part of a wider team, but not in amongst lots of co-workers.

No specific qualifications are required. There is some heavy lifting involved. Full training will be given.

This job is Part-time & Permanent – based in our Central Bakery – BS3 2SZ

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 per week

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
