The role
Through providing high quality, proactive and efficient administrative support your role will be critical to enabling our senior leadership team members to work effectively, staying on top of their work commitments and keeping their administration as seamless as possible. This role will collaborate and work closely with many teams and individuals across our business.
The team
- Reporting into the Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO, alongside the other Personal Assistant you will work closely with other members of the leadership team and many colleagues across the organisation.
- Each Personal Assistant works with different leaders but collaborates to support the leadership team effectively.
- The leadership team is a dynamic, diverse group of leaders with a wide range of expertise, who work collaboratively to deliver our core business objectives.
- You will be at the heart of the organisation as we continue to evolve to grow our work, reach and impact to deliver on our mission.
What you’ll do
- Comprehensive, proactive diary and schedule management for senior leaders – arranging meetings, planning tasks, arranging travel
- Administering board/senior team meetings to facilitate their smooth, effective operation
- Managing email and Teams correspondence efficiently – bringing urgent/business critical matters to attention, responding and categorising as appropriate
- Support completion of people management tasks for senior leaders
- Act as the point of contact between leaders and internal and external stakeholders when needed, ensuring effective relationships are built/maintained
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrable experience working as a personal assistant at director level, preferably providing support to multiple people
- Impeccable organisation skills and a strong ability to work proactively on behalf of others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with maximum adaptability to changing priorities
- Experience of managing and effectively prioritising a high volume of work
This is a permanent position. Our standard weekly hours are 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.
We are open to flexible working patterns and blended (home and office-based) working is possible for this role. Please note the majority of senior leadership team are based closest to the London office and therefore some travel to London will be expected as part of the role to meet and work with those individuals.
