Reports to: Sales Operations Manager
Location: 24 Napoleon Road, Barrie (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Analyzing detailed sales data to drive decisions through our sales organization.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
- Providing actionable insights to guide the sales teams.
- Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
- Preparing accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
- Determining sales potential and making recommendations.
- Work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate with management team regularly.
- Present weekly/monthly reports to the sales department and managers.
- Assist in improving sales processes.
- Create a model to forecast annual Volume Rebate reports.
- Manage and review customer agreements to ensure details are reported out.
- Review existing reports & explore automating data analysis processes.
Education and Experience:
- Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing
- 3-5 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong excel skills and Power BI.
- Knowledge of DAX and Python an asset.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data. Attention to detail.
