Your role will focus on providing expert advice and the management and delivery of client engagements. You’ll have responsibilities for:

• Researching and mapping the holistic employee experience for their workforce and identifying opportunities for development
• Using your expertise to re-imagine what the client's future workplace should be and designing new consumer-grade user experiences.
• Delivering workplace technology advice to our clients, identifying strategies and solutions to their challenges, and supporting in the creation of business cases as appropriate.
• Supporting our clients in designing their new workplace through application of user-centred design techniques.
• Advising our clients in how to optimise their workplace technology investments.
• Leading change for our client's workplace transformation programmes, demonstrating forethought on their long-term sustainable adoption of new technologies.
• Advising our clients in how to drive changes in user behaviour to deliver maximum benefit from the new technologies.
• Working in and managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
• Supporting the continued growth of our business through contributing to propositions, training, marketing, communications, and recruitment activities.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

Essential:

• Experience in the delivery of Workplace technology projects or programmes as well as delivering business or technology change.
• Understanding workplace technologies and vendors, as well as the industries in which our clients operate.
• Key consulting skills including:
• Strong analytical / problem-solving ability and creativity to provide thought-through, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet project deadlines, and drive results
• Ability to produce quality deliverables that are suitable for client consumption

Desirable:

• An understanding of emerging and innovative workplace technologies, and how to shape IT strategy and delivery in order to leverage those technologies
• Experience in research design and in conducting small-scale research in a corporate environment
• Experience in delivering workstreams for design, build and delivery of established Cloud productivity and collaboration tools

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm.
