RESPONSIBLE TO: Digital Experience Manager
TERMS: Nominal 37.5 hrs per week however due to the nature of the role flexibility is required.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This is an exciting role which is central to the continued growth and development of the Odyssey. Working across the demises of Arena, Belfast Giants, W5 and supporting Odyssey Place, the post holder will support the Digital Experience Manager in driving digital and technological investment, adopting systems to help us understand the needs of both customers and staff, thus enabling us to deliver exceptional experiences to all Odyssey customers.
Essential Criteria
Relevant Business/IT related degree and 2 years’ experience in a similar role
OR
3 years experience in a similar role.
AND
- Previous experience in using modern digital systems.
- Ability to understand trends and coordinate multiple tasks at any given time across departments.
- Ability to work with multiple service providers and across departments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Possess drive and determination and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
- Positive outlook and team player.
- Previous experience in assisting or managing scoping exercises and development work with systems.
- Business Intelligence knowledge.
- Commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems.
£23,000 - £25,000 per annum dependent on experience.
