Our Business unit includes several manufacturing and logistics workshops and supply chain platforms in Europe and China.

Job Description

The Job

The Proposals Manager will be in charge during the proposal, configuration , and contract initiation phase for our standard and specific equipment sales.

We are looking for our new Proposals Manager for our flagship Orion product, also for our Sensa, and IonPro LX products.

Responsibilities include;

• Participates at the offering stage and supervises contracts and coordinates activities between departments including Business Development, Product Management, Technical department procurement, contract manager, manufacturing and quality control as well as suppliers and vendors.

• Preparing new project proposals in conjunction with the business development team.
• First point of contact for customers during project execution until final acceptance.
• Organising a “Kick-off” to hand over a new contract from business development to Project execution.

Qualifications

The Person

• Proven experience as a design engineer in water treatment is required to have the right technical level.
• Educational background: Industrial Technical Engineering certificate or similar.
• Bachelor or master's degree in scientific matters e.g Chemistry and/or chemical engineering.
• Experience in managing projects within water treatment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, working through needs logically and methodically.
• The ability to build strong working relationships with all departments is essential.
