Digital Engagement Team, External Relations
This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading university, supporting the development of a world-class recruitment experience for the University of Nottingham. As part of the Digital Engagement Programme, we are now looking to appoint a Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, central to the ongoing projects and a key contact for external stakeholders.
The role holder will require:
- Exemplary professionalism.
- The ability to deliver high-quality project support in a fast-paced environment.
- They will support the achievement of the Digital Engagement and wider External Relations strategies and associated plans.
- They will undertake executive assistance to the Product Director and Senior Team
- Exceptional organisation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Although the role will be primarily based in the Yang Fujia building on Jubilee Campus, with the wider Digital Engagement team, there will be the opportunity to work across the various award winning, inspiring and sustainable campuses, in the constantly improving professional service hubs, with an option for hybrid working.
In addition to the above, the role holder will work closely with the External Relations Directorate Administrators and Executive Assistants, as they will be line managed by the Senior Executive Assistant, who supports the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (the main sponsor for the exciting Digital Engagement Programme). They will be required to attend monthly core days and meetings with the wider administrative team.

This position is offered on a fixed term contract for 1 year. Hours are full time (36.25 hours per week), Monday-Friday. Job share arrangements may be considered. Please state in your application if you wish to be considered for that option.
