As an experienced Digital Designer you will support our CRM & Digital Acquisition teams by developing, designing and delivering exceptional creative work and visual concepts in response to commercial, service and creative briefs.
Measures of success:
High standard of creative output that delivers the brief
Creative excellence, including award nominations
Adherence to Financial Promotions regulatory, legal and compliance standards
Effective ways of working and stakeholder management
Customer feedback and relevant insights measures (brand NPS) Critical path and deadlines
Desired experienced:
Outstanding digital design skills, with a passion for innovation
Experience using industry standard tools, with a strong technical knowledge of HTML coding
Strong knowledge of digital channels - email, social, digital display etc.
Keen eye for detail
Experience in financial services marketing and communications, plus a sound understanding of financial promotion principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to interpret business requirements and briefs and turn these into thought provoking, award-winning ideas
