A bit about the roleThe Digital Design Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the day to day delivery of content and other digital work. Works closely with various departments and stakeholders (Design, Marketing, Corner Shop, Trade, Editorial, Development, I.T. CRM, Fashion Direction & Graphics) you will be a key communications liaison to ensure that our day to day creative work meets the business vision and all briefs are delivered on time.
As Digital Design Project Manager you will:
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects at the same time, working to tight deadlines, managing project trafficking work-flow through a busy studio and adapting to challenges and dynamic projects
- Work alongside Project Management team to manage resource and ensure team is equipped for all BAU briefs to be worked on and deadlines met
- Validate briefs to ensure all relevant information has been captured on the brief before work to starts
- Ensure that quality of work is to the right standard, and reviewed by Design Manager/Head of Design in good time to allow for amends and feedback
- Work with the translation team to ensure all translations are ready and supplied prior to briefing in
- Ensure sign off and testing happen in a timely manner and work closely with the content team to update on any delay
- Communicate with all stakeholders to update on progress and inform of any risks or blockers
- Work with all external suppliers to co-ordinate updates of instore digital assets
- A strong communicator. Managing multiple stakeholders across the business - show strong integrity, energy and enthusiasm while also being able to motivate, inspire and lead resources in a collaborative way.
- Experienced, preferably having previously worked in an ecomm design team, you will have a strong understanding f the digital design process as well as using management and resource tools such as Trello and Float.
- A great communicator. You have excellent influencing and negotiating skills, whilst building professional, lasting relationships at all levels
- Focused and self-motivated . Have the ability to work effectively to deliver projects to deadline with minimal direction.
- Highly organised. You will facilitate focus, accuracy and quality in the relentlessly fast paced turnover of content.
- Adaptive, with the ability to multi-task effectively and switch planning due to the reactive nature of the business.
