Type: Part-time with potential for Full-time.

We are a new digital marketing agency offering agile and success-driven solutions to professional services-based businesses. Our innovative strategies have propelled our existing clients to the forefront of their industries, and we're seeking a dynamic Content Manager to join our team as we grow and take the agency to the next level.
This role requires a driven individual who has both a creative flair and the technical skills to implement and manage online content across a variety of platforms, particularly WordPress websites and various social media channels.
Whilst the position will be predominantly a work-from-home role there will be the occasional requirement to meet in person in one of our offices in South East England, proximity to London would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management:
- Update and manage multiple WordPress websites, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
Social Media Management:
- Design, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and conversions.
Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars and plans in alignment with clients' marketing objectives.
- Identify and recommend new content opportunities, staying up to date with industry trends.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results and ROI.
Technical Maintenance:
- Address any website technical issues in collaboration with the technical team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years in relevant role.
- Proven experience managing content on WordPress and understanding of SEO best practices.
- Proficient in major social media platforms and tools.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Excellent time-management.

Salary: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
