ROLE
We are excited to be recruiting a HR (People) Business Partner to support our teams. To fulfil the requirements of this position, you must have exceptional leadership skills and extensive influencing and stakeholder management experience. This role will act as a true partner to our leaders, coaching and developing them to confidently strengthen people performance and engagement across their teams. You will think strategically and commercially using data as fuel to drive right initiatives at the right time.
ABOUT YOU
- You have strong experience People Partnering, supporting senior Leadership stakeholders
- You have experience working in an e-commerce business.
- You have experience of executing business wide projects and initiatives autonomously, from initiation and sign off, through to delivery.
- You demonstrate depth in the core areas of; talent acquisition, talent management, people development, ER, compensation and benefits and employee engagement
- You are a natural presenter who is comfortable facilitating workshops and meetings
- You are a real team player who is seen as approachable and a positive role model
- You a strong relationship builder with a reputation for integrity and achieving results
- Articulate with excellent written communication skills
- You have excellent attention to detail
- You have the ability to coach individuals and influence at all levels
- You are commercially savvy
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Work closely with leaders and employees to improve true business performance productivity and retention
- Proactively partner with key stakeholders to create and implement comprehensive People Plans that support the delivery of company objectives.
- Coach and develop line managers to become confident leaders
- Provide professional support and advice on a range of Employee Relations matters, ensuring managers are fully equipped to conduct meetings
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team ensuring vacancies are filled in line with business needs
- Support line managers with performance improvement and development programmes to deliver a robust succession plan
- Implement initiatives to develop high employee engagement and good behaviours
- Provide lead support and advice in the implementation of organisational change projects
- Analyse HR KPI’s and propose actions for improvements
- Partner with the HR Operations ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
- Promote feedback mechanisms for employees and leaders to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes
- Network with colleagues internally and communities of practice externally to understand current trends an innovations in HR good practice
