Project Manager Internship
Responsibilities:
· Assist with daily running of management and administration related work (including a charity)
· Oversee creation of website with external vendor
· Put together materials, communicate charity requests to vendor
· Manage website after creation - update events, news, impact etc
· Create and circulate marketing material- flyers for social media, email templates for mailing list, thank-you letterheads etc
· Manage Charity Chairperson, Charity inbox
· Clean up mailing list, automate process of adding new members to the list
· Be present at events and committee, external meetings as per needs
· Acquire invoices for works, checking there are no errors, cross compare when necessary and send for payment
· Work to budgets
· Facilitate the delivery of items and communication between necessary parties
· Organise collection and payment of bills/invoices
· Ad Hoc Requests
Skills:
· Bachelors (required)
· 1-2 years’ experience
· Administration Management
