We’re hiring a Digital Content and Social Media Officer to join our team. This is a full time, permanent position working 37 hours per week. We offer a flexible approach to working between home and the office, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.

Here’s the facts about the role:
As Digital Content and Social Media Officer you’ll be responsible for forward-planning and implementing social media activities across all our social media sites, that will include reactive and proactive social media content working closely with customer facing teams to help manage our online reputation.
You’ll keep all online content across our corporate communications channels, including our website, up to date, accessible and customer focused. Using your skills and experience, you’ll maximise online reach and engagement amongst target audiences on our key messages to elevate the positive profile of the VIVID brand. Working closely with the Digital Communications Specialist, you’ll plan and implement all digital comms activity and devise online engagement tactics to support the communications strategy.
You’ll champion collaboration and have a high level of energy, drive and standard of work to deliver successful reputational outcomes. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and an active and in-depth knowledge and use of social and digital media in a corporate communications environment.
Ideally you’ll hold a degree level or relevant communications or marketing qualification. You’ll have experience working in a communications role, managing an organisation’s social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. You’ll be up to date on social media developments and trends as well as search engine optimisation. You’ll be proactive in forward-planning and coming up with new creative ideas and content to maximise reach and engagement.
