MPA Recruitment Armagh are working in partnership with the Health and Social Services to recruit an Audio Typist in the Craigavon area.
JOB SUMMARY
1. Word processing letters from Digital Dictation and audio tape in a timely manner.
2. Record and update information on the Patient Administration System (PAS) or other computerised information system.
3. File clinic information in patient charts, accurately and efficiently.
4. Retrieve and file patient charts, as required.
5. Provide administrative cover for the Directorate Team as required, e.g. Personal Secretaries, Ward Clerks and other Audio Typists.
6. Answer telephone calls and deal with enquiries from GPs, patients and relatives.
7. Undertake general office tasks such as post duties, photocopying, faxing, general filing and word processing.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
4 GCSEs or equivalent at Grades A-C including English Language
OR
1 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word and Audio typing or equivalent
Hours of Work
Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00/08.30-16.30
Temporary ongoing

Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £10.37-£18.91 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
