What's the role about?

As part of our Ecommerce Partner department, you'll be joining our team as a Trainee Merchandiser, who is responsible for the flow of stock from Reiss to Concession Partner websites. This role involves management of data, imagery and stock across our Partner estate. Once the stock has arrived commercial and trading actions are taken.



Who you are

  • Work experience in merchandising is desirable but not essential
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Excellent administration skills and experience working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Well organised with time management skills
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and team oriented


What you'll be doing

  • Support the day-to-day trading of partner sites, including regular site reviews
  • Feedback trading opportunities through the season by providing insight and commercial analysis
  • Execute the timely allocation and replenishment of stock across all partners, ensuring optimal stock levels
  • Source and provide metadata & imagery across the partner portfolio
  • Update partner go lives, communicating outstanding lines to Partners
  • Working alongside Marketing and Buying to aid product nominations for website edits
  • Build strong partnership with Branch Merchandising, Warehouse, Retail and Ecommerce teams
  • Provide support for Ecom Partner team, including weekly trade, end of season and ad-hoc analysis
