Genesis Holistic Medicine was co-created in 2018 by two self-employed health practitioners dedicated to supporting human health, wellbeing, and spiritual awareness. Since then, we have grown into a team of 10 professionals, providing in-person and online self-development services for over 100 individuals to date.
Our mission is to co-create a world where lifestyle diseases and mental health issues are eradicated. By integrating modern preventive and regenerative medicine with ancient lineage-based systems of energy medicine to provide a holistic pathway toward long-term health and prosperity.
The Digital Community Manager will support communications within Genesis Holistic Medicine’s private online community, Genesis Life, managing a variety of engagement-based tasks regarding business development, community engagement and growth, facilitator outreach, events, and more.
The Digital Community Manager will ensure that all content published meets brand guidelines and overall communication style while withholding employee/member confidentiality. This role provides innovative and relevant content, serving our target audience with new content ideas to drive engagement and retention rates.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’; caring, intuitive, prompt, entrepreneurial-minded, and proficient in digital specialties. You possess an understanding of the healing arts and self-care strategies, compassion, and the desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
The Digital Community Manager for this fast growing start up business must be flexible and adaptable as we learn and grow together. We also ask that you be willing and courageous to take the lead!
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily community management within the Mighty Networks platform
- Conceptualization and implementation of growth and outreach strategies
- Content creation and scheduling within the digital communities
- Weekly Zoom meetings with the Genesis Holistic Medicine team
- Daily interaction with the Genesis Holistic Medicine team via Whatsapp
- Tech assistance on program webinars
- Community support for members and program participants
- Copywriting and copyediting
- Expertise in social media and paid advertising (ad campaigns)
- Video editing and organization
- Content creation (articles, blogs, posts, etc)
- Strategic communications
Skills and previous experience:
While we don’t expect you to meet every requirement we have, we do think there’s some experience that will be beneficial for you to flourish in this role.
- Fluent in English language
- Experience in similar role
- A passion for spiritual and self-growth topics
- Knowledge in Mighty Networks
- Knowledge and experience in video editing
- Good at working autonomously
