The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our growing digital team in London. As a key member of the team, you will work with Project Managers and Business and Brand stakeholders to gather and document requirements and manage scope on high priority projects across multiple brands.
As part of these exciting high profile projects, you will work closely with a wide community of partners across the business.
What you´ll get to do
- Analyse project scope, change requests, requirements and stakeholder expectation from kick-off to project delivery
- Critically evaluate, interpret and prioritise requirements according to business and customer needs
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, taking ownership and driving through to implementation
- Communicate requirements to development teams, working collaboratively to develop solutions and make recommendations to business partners
- Partner with Technical BA to ensure all user stories are translated for the Development and QA teams
- Drafting test scenarios based on business functional requirements
We´d love to meet you if you have
- Proven background of end-to-end delivery of digital projects
- Goof knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Background working with business stakeholders, from senior managers and operational teams
- Ability to document and communicate effectively
- Good working knowledge of Visio, Jira and Asana is a plus
