Manager, Client Sales
Client Sales at Brex
The Client Sales Executive (CSE) team is responsible for identifying net-new revenue through our existing client base at Brex. Every member of our team directly affects our bottom line and is also a key driving-force for why our clients love us.
The CSE team's mission is to help our clients realize their full potential with Brex by:
- Cross-selling new solutions
- Building a relationship with Decision Makers (C-level Executives) and serving as a through-partner advisor
- Increasing share of wallet on our suite of products

Lastly, the CSE team is responsible for helping other parts of the company (such as Customer Success/Product/Engineering/Marketing) to understand what our clients need to be successful.
What You'll Do
As a Client Sales Executive Manager, your primary focus will be managing and developing the CSE team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth within Brex's current customer base, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help the business understand what our clients need to be successful. Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving complicated problems with limited oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of high-performing CSEs, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed to ensure they consistently meet or exceed their quota
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Account Executive, and Customer Success, to develop and execute on sales strategies that align with Brex's overall goals and objectives
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee and guide the team's efforts in building and maintaining relationships with clients, particularly decision makers and C-level executives
- Act as a senior advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise to address complex needs and build trust.
- Hire, train, and onboard new CSEs as needed to support growth objectives
Requirements:
- 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 2 years of experience managing a high-performing team that consistently hits quota
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
