We’re looking for a Digital Asset Management Assistant to join the Digital Experience team to support the growth and development of our new digital asset management system, Fetch. Communications and Digital plays a central role at Dogs Trust. The Digital Experience team helps people know, love and understand the charity and take action to support our work.

We use our understanding of digital channels and audience needs to produce impactful and creative on-brand communications, content and digital assets. To help us manage our ever-growing content bank efficiently, we’ve introduced a digital asset management system and we’re looking for a Digital Asset Management Assistant to support its day-to-day running.

Working closely with the Digital Asset Manager, you will support with all aspects of the system, including uploading and cataloguing content, and helping users to access the content they need. You’ll collaborate with the wider Content Team to support the creation of new content and you’ll help ensure Fetch is visible and accessible to the whole organisation.

You’ll be organised and creative, experienced working with digital assets, and have a thorough understanding of image and video formats.
