Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do

  • You will be working with product owners, ecommerce managers to deliver strategic insights and implementers to improve analytic capabilities.
  • You’ll be working on multiple data sources but primarily in Adobe platform, using assessing channel usage, areas of performance, customer behaviour & product purchase.
  • You’ll build reports that highlight issues but also opportunities to optimise and work strategically with the relevant stakeholders to communicate improvement plans. Day-to-day, your work will span digital transformation and analytics but you will also work with colleagues to review and recommend improvements to how we review, define and manage data.
  • You will also support of any tagging or data collection issues and communicate with implementers and developers. As well as the above, you'll get exposure to more customer focused project, A/B testing and personalisation.

Who you are

  • Clear communicator, strong verbal and written skills to work with developers and technical people as well as marketing and other business stakeholders,
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple, competing and changing priorities
  • Able to trouble shoot any tagging or data collection issues both by debugging the website and also within Adobe Analytics itself
  • Understands the technical aspects of how digital data is collected and can guide the software/web development teams through a tracking and tagging schema
  • Experience in TNPS and Medallia
  • Experience in A/B testing analysis
  • Experience and knowledge of SQL
