Aramark UK is looking to hire a Warehouse coordinator to join the fantastic team at Chessington World of Adventures. This is a permanent and full time opportunity reporting into our Head of F&B and will assume responsibility for the supervision of all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse coordinators responsibilities include, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.

A day in the life of a Warehouse coordinator:
- Managing, evaluating, and reporting on stock systems.
- Supporting the park management team with stock take.
- Working with the finance team to ensure documents reach finance in timely manner
- Managing the Aramark stock system ensuring the maintenance of the stock inventory system.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Working closely with Warehouse team to ensure needs of the Park business are met.
- Process and tracking of emergency orders and transfers across the Aramark estate.
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Ideally you will have worked in a hospitality/ FMCG environment
- Strong working knowledge of multi-site leisure attraction.
- Time management skills and the ability to work with key stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Problem-solving skills.
