Customer Service Representative - Peterborough

Summary of the role:
- These are permanent, full time jobs
- Our full-time working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Hours are flexible between these times
- No weekend or evening shifts!
- The starting salary is £21,500
- We are based on the grounds of Lynch Wood, just outside the city centre, with free on-site parking and well connected via local trains and busses

What will you be doing?
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be primarily phone based providing support to our customers; advising members on policy details, resolving queries, collaborating with independent financial advisors and most importantly, providing our customers with an exceptional level of service.
What are we looking for?
- A passion for helping people and providing great service. This may have been gained through work in a call centre environment, retail, hospitality, travel, or other customer-focussed environments
- A desire to learn. From day one, we will invest in your professional development by providing extensive group and personalised training that will assist with your growth as a first-class Customer Service Representative.
- People who are great at building rapport and explaining things over the phone
- Knowledge using Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) and a variety of computer systems
