Responsibilities for this Digital Account Manager include:
- Work closely with the Account Director, input and support team members and work autonomously
- Learn and understand the different processes and skilled work other teams provide for the accounts you’ll be managing to drive improvements as well as prompt and high-quality delivery
- Review and provide feedback on creative and operational deliveries to ensure top-quality service
- Liaise with team and project managers to ensure sufficient coverage for the various services
- Daily communication with clients to understand requirements, process feedback, and solve problems
- Be an expert in knowing clients’ brands, programming and priorities
- Serve as a team leader with a strong focus on performance, insights and process
This role will suit candidates with previous agency experience and a background in account management, working on a range of digital projects including websites, apps and social media and expertise with workflow tools such as Monday.com, Trello and Airtable.
