We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our client, a creative, forward-thinking marketing agency based in Birmingham, looking for the next big step in their career and a passion for excelling in client expectations and anything digital! Daily Tasks -
- Manage client accounts and ensure you're meeting their requirements through digital campaigns
- Experience in managing Digital campaigns, including paid search, paid social and SEO
- Day-to-day communication between clients, acting as a strategic lead
- Leading a strong digital team
- Implement and oversee campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, budgets, optimising, managing, and reporting
- Prospecting new business and keeping up to date with the latest trends
- Keeping up to date with client reviews and conducting regular meetings to ensure client requirements are being met
- Previous agency experience
- 2 - 3 years in a similar role or digital marketing position
- Experience managing client campaigns and turning them into successful strategies that meet client briefs and expectations
- An understanding of digital marketing, SEO and Google Ads
- Experience managing client relationships on a daily basis
- Can lead and manage a team
