Job Description:
The Plant Systems group is looking for a motivated team member to work on NPI (New Product Introduction) efforts using the agile development process. This is a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to develop new technology and products, as well as supporting current and legacy systems.
While the job duties primarily include the design of Seal System, a thorough understanding of the Lube, Fuel, Start, and Turbine systems is expected. This key role is responsible for providing functional, easily manufactured and tested hydro-mechanical system and component designs to ensure the safe and reliable operation of new and existing products. Duties include interpreting product and project requirements as well as the development of product specific Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, working closely with Supply Chain, addressing quality issues and working to support manufacturing through 1st article builds.
This position requires a high level of support, coordination, and communication with other Engineering roles, Production and Supply Chain. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative. Additional responsibilities include supporting field personnel during commissioning and installation of our equipment.
Minimum Qualifications :
A BS degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
3+ years of engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to hydro-mechanical systems applications, design, and operation, as well as the following skills:
Experience with Gas Turbine Systems
A good understanding of manufacturing and testing processes
Knowledge of controls, gas turbine operation, and driven equipment
A sense of urgency and organizational skills are required to work with multiple projects and competing priorities
Experience using the Promis-E (V8i) software platform
Experience with Creo, Matlab or Simulation tools
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary for this role ranges from $ 94,550.00, to $141,824.00. Actual salary will be based on experience. The total rewards package, beyond base salary includes:

Summary Pay Range:
$85,954.00 - $154,716.00
