Pronto Accident Repair Centre (Nottingham) reception and office suite, customer service centre, we work with some of the best insurance companies in the industry, we are looking to train and develop Customer Service Advisors to deliver outstanding customer solutions into the future, part of the evolution is for us to develop you into a fully trained and qualified Vehicle Damage Asessor.
You will be on a learning and developmnent program almost from Month 1 the full journey is around 3 years to become a proficient vehicle damage assessor and a Senior Customer Account Exec, there will alos be an opportunity to achieve the highly acclaimed IMI VDA ATA Qualification.
Admin & Customer Service Assistant
Part of the role will be developing you in to becoming a Customer Journey Account Executive this is an inclusive role that covers off alot of different aspects of the customer and vehicle journey through the process of an accident repair claim.
Starting Salary that will depend on qualifications, experience and skills, as an overview guideline see below
- Depending on previous experience, your knowledge your skills and talent you will likley will be starting at no less than £19,000 per year
- As an a person developing and talking responsibility for your portfolio of customers in your second year you can expect to be earning in the region of £22,000 per year
- If you have been through college, or may be you are a University Graduate and have achieved business admin or customer service with some underpinning experience will likley start with a salary in the region of £20,000 £20,500 per year
We are recruiting several people in this role, its ideal if you have some previous experience though this is not essential, as full training, guidance and mentoring is given at everystage.

The position would also be suitable for self motivated positive people who maybe have worked previously in a garage or accident repair environment or have held a retail position, you will have the qualities of a team player, with an outstanding desire to learn and progress in a rewarding exciting and varied career in vehicle accident repair.
The role will require you to be a customer executive and insurer liaison, you will be booking in customers, collecting cars and delivering courtesy cars, processing data, keeping customers updated with progress of their vehicle repair, providing support for our experienced team in order that together we deliver an outstanding customer journey in an established business that operates across East Anglia and the East Midlands
Working at Pronto Accident Repair Centre (Nottingham) you will be coached guided and mentored in order that you are capable and confident in guiding our customers and managing and exceeding their expectations throughout the repair of their accident damaged vehicle, this during what is often a challenging and emotional time.
As part of this role there will be a need to check in and out customers cars along with often processing, handing over and receiving back courtesy cars, in this role you will be required to work in various environments that will include, offices, reception, workshop there will be some requirement to work outside in all weathers.
You will be required to collect and deliver customer vehicles and courtesy cars, therefore we prefer that you have held a full UK Driver License for more than 12 months with no driving penalty points.
Our professional team will train and coach you in order that you can competently answer questions, handle issues and respond positively to a fast paced office environment one where priorities can change frequently.

Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
You will be a person who is confident to ask customer for feed back a person who is passionate to learn from the experience that you have delivered this in order for the business to consistently improve and achieve a higher standard, working within Pronto Accident Repair Centres that are revered as one of the best regional accident repair groups in the UK.
Requirements
- It is especially advantageous if you hold a UK Drivers License (though not essential)
- It would be useful if you have some previous experience of the motor accident repair or car service industry, maybe through working in a garage or attending college
- Working hours are either 8am to 5.30pm or 8.30am through to 6pm as the company requires, taking a 60 minute break at a time to suit
- There is a need to work some weekends Saturdays 8am through to 4pm and some Sunday working will also be required in the future
- Positive, professional and confident and business like attitude and appearance, a person who is versatile and flexible and willing to go the extra mile, to deliver an outstanding customer service.
