Job description
ABP UK Shrewsbury are looking to recruit Operatives to work in our Warehouse and Despatch department, working in an efficient and effective manner to help achieve the company mission statement.
Dayshift runs Monday to Saturday from 7am to 3:30pm with a rotating day off.
Nightshift runs Sunday to Friday from 5pm to 1:30am with a rotating night off.
Customers will be allocated to you by line leaders on a daily basis, from the customer allocation. You must prepare, check and verify stock.
Ensure stock is identified correctly, out of date stock must be segregated and moved to an appropriate area.
Report any stock issues from allocation sheet to your supervisor.
Palletise and locate stock when necessary in accordance with specifications.
Ensure stock is picked in rotation and pallets are prepared ready for despatch.
Use correctly and prevent damage to equipment, vehicles and machinery where applicable. Report any issues immediately to your supervisor.
Keep work areas tidy and clean at all times.
Previous experience desirable but not essential.
