Estates Services Team Member - Chipping Campden Secondary School

Full-time, all year round. 8-hour shifts within a regular rota pattern. Hours by discussion but generally fall 8.30 am – 5.30pm/7am – 4pm/9.30am – 6.30pm.

Circa £22,400 p.a (full time/40 hour all year-round salary amounts)

This is a great opportunity to join our Secondary School Estates team undertaking general caretaking duties. You will join a friendly, hard-working team, reporting to the Estates Manager.

In conjunction with colleagues, general caretaking responsibilities include:

Identifying repairs and maintenance issues and undertaking cleaning and routine maintenance work as required; school porterage and assisting with any school setting up/taking down, for example, chairs and tables for break times and examinations; exterior grounds keeping work such as mowing and hedge trimming.

You will be committed to working to high standards and will ensure these are replicated across the school.
