We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance/Handyperson to join our team at Lyons Holiday Parks. If you want to be part of a successful team who are multi skilled, quality obsessed, and you have a working knowledge to conduct maintenance, fault finding, and repairs across the fleet and sales portfolio then this is the role for you!
Business
- Repair fixtures and fittings such as kitchen cupboards, sills, doors and frames
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance
- Adherence of policies and procedures including Health and Safety
- Must be highly competent (and confident) in trade skills
The Person
- Ensure excellent quality workmanship which upholds company standards
- Able to work on own initiative without receiving explicit direction
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer queries
- Must be highly competent (and confident) in trade skills
- Be collaborative, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Be qualified or have time served experience to complete necessary tasks
- Flexible, working to the needs of the business

- Confidently deals with customer concerns with the ability to resolve problems. Reacts to customer feedback and works with the team to find quick solutions.

- Work as part of the team daily to ensure that all areas of responsibility are covered, guiding colleagues when needed and escalates issues when required.
- Support the company induction, including completion of mandatory safe and secure training.
- Takes ownership of service delivery ensuring all colleagues are putting the customer first.
- Achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure all team have relevant qualifications and completed all training required for the role.
- Complete all relevant administrative tasks including team rota’s, job sheets, hours worked recorded, safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks.
