About Your Opportunity:
Due to business growth and to supplement major non-recurring projects, a dedicated person is required to support the EMEA customer base at the New Malden office, as a member of the Service Desk. Providing end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provisioning of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services. Ensure that all requests from users are logged, updated and closed in line with operational level agreements.
- Install, configure and deploy computer system hardware and software including but not limited to operating system and application software.
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user hardware, software and peripheral devices.
- Ad Provide technical, operational and training support to departmental personnel for all computer related equipment, peripherals, accessories and components.
- Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Assist the Network and Server team to ensure that the appropriate patches, hot fixes, and service packs are installed on company-owned or licensed software in a timely manner.
- Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment. Maintain hardware/software inventory.

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Your Future Team:
The Compliance and Operation team are a multi discipline team providing support services to NGUKL and EMEA. The team comprises of Compliance Team, Facilities and EHS Teams and Enterprise Services. Working collaboratively across projects to ensure that services provided to our internal customers are to standard and ensuring compliance.
