Our client, a well established firm of chartered surveyors is seeking a Qualified Rural Surveyor to join their team. The position provides flexibility to accommodate school holidays and other commitments while offering excellent career advancement opportunities within a diversified team. Responsibilities: Manage estates, including overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining property portfolios. Engage in rural planning and development opportunities. Handle compensation claims related to utilities and telecommunications. Assist with BPS (Basic Payment Scheme), Countryside Stewardship, and grant applications. Conduct valuations of rural properties. Manage landlord and tenant relationships. Provide general professional advice to rural clients. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Hold FAAV (Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers) qualification or working towards Fellowship. RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualified. Possess a full UK driving license. Demonstrate ambition and a strong work ethic.
