Working as a Helpdesk Executive for a Science focused company based in South East London - this is a crucial vacancy for the company.
In this role you'll provide second level support for the companies standard software and hardware. You'll be providing quality responses to issues and complaints.
You'll use your strong communication and organisation skills to manage telephone calls / emails and requests to deliver an excellent service.
You'' also monitor software updates to assist with end user issues.
Qualifications you'll have :
Experience providing quality technical support.
Experience with analytic and diagnostic skills for Electro-mechanical knowledge and general IS applications.
3 years experience in a tech support focused role
Ability to multitask
