Hana Technology and Systems is recruiting for a full time Senior Designer to join our team! This position will be supporting our contract working with the NAVY's Wartime Acquisition and Sustainment Support Plan (WASSP) Office.

The Senior Designer will work with clients and strategists to synthesize concepts, words, and metaphors into powerful visuals that tell compelling stories. Using a variety of mediums, from the Senior Designer will create solutions that are tangible, memorable, and accessible.
Key Functions:
- Design conceptual graphics and strategy maps based upon brainstorming sessions, receiving direction from account teams
- Build and prepare files for vendors and clients using industry best practices
- Review concept sketches and/or mock-ups with the art director and account teams
- Create working compositions, iterations, and final designs using Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements:- Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design or a related field of study
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on a design team, for a creative agency, or in an analogous field
- Possesses strong knowledge in principles of graphic and visual design, information layout, and printing specifications
- Proficient across web, print, motion graphics, illustration, typography, layout, and production
- Fluent in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, including pitching and presenting creative concepts, as well as applying a strategic mindset to synthesize direction and feedback
- Possesses a strong aesthetic sense, conceptual skills, and ability to bring messages to life. Can clearly communicate ideas through different mediums
- Proficiency in the following computer skills: SketchUp, Keyshot, Miro, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Overlord
- Should be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
- Knowledge or experience working with government clients is a plus.
