The Global Business Marketing EU team champions TikTok in the B2B world through education, inspiration and creativity. This growing team works to set advertisers up for success on the platform. We create the creative support material and thought leadership collateral pieces that are the voice of TikTok for Business in Europe. London is our central hub and we support numerous regional offices, like Paris, Berlin, Milan and beyond.
We are currently building a team of integrated and multi-faceted designers to support some of the GBM EUI team. Core competencies include editorial design, typography, branding, and visual design, with a basic understanding or interest in motion graphics. You will have the ambition to make things look beautiful quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
We are looking for a curious and collaborative, entry-level designer with high potential, creative thinking, and the ability to design with guidance and support. The ideal candidate brings energy & enthusiasm to everything they do, striving to offer support whilst learning from other team members. You should be curious about design in all its forms, whilst seeking opportunities to learn, grow, and develop, in order to establish yourself as a dependable designer.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrated graphic design work in the form of a portfolio
- Being a brand guardian and protecting the look / feel / design of TikTok for Business
- Creating bespoke presentation templates (Google Slides / Powerpoint), formatting presentations and assets into these consistent guidelines
- Bringing concepts and ideas to life through mock ups and storyboards
- Building the core brand library / resources
- Creating a wide variety of assets, including but not limited to event branding, social assets, newsletters, templates, emails, one-pagers, flyers, posters, banners, and infographics
- Execution at events, including but not limited to working with event production companies to develop branding, programme design, client comms, visuals, merch
- Able to articulate own creative ideas and contribute these towards idea generations when needed
- Report into the Design Studio Lead and work with creatives, creators, and business partners, to bring stories and concepts to life
- Focus on supporting the team & learning from them
- Basic understanding of animation / motion design, creating gifs, minor video editing is a plus
- Understanding of basic design principles, including typography, colour, space, layout, and hierarchy.
- Knowledge of design systems
- Proactive in learning the TT4B brand guidelines and how to apply them
- Understanding of artworking for both digital & print, with a basic understanding of specs & processes
- Some experience of working coherently on multiple projects
- Experience on working on projects from concept through to delivery
- Ability to prioritise tasks and time management
- Experience with industry standard design tools - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Premier Pro, After Effects, Figma are are a bonus
- Basic knowledge of print processes and production
- Excellent visual and written communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
