The Role

We are looking for a driven and energetic Designer who has recently graduated / has 1 year's experience, to join our in-house creative team at MORI. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning and fast growing business.

Reporting into our Creative Manager, and working closely with 1 other designer, you will focus on creating a wide range of digital and print assets, including UX/UI, email, social media, packaging, POS plus much more.


You will have a keen interest in branding and the digital retail space, you will be a self starter who is eager to learn and adapt. It is essential that you are a strong team player, with an eye for detail and can perfectly translate our brand identity into all your designs.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop and strengthen your creative skills and get involved in all areas of the company.

Your portfolio will showcase your passion for design including the use of photography and typography plus your ability to develop creative concepts across multiple channels (both online and offline).


Key Responsibilities

  • Work within our brand guidelines to produce accurate and on brand material across multiple channels
  • Support the in-house creative team with all aspects of work, taking artwork from concept to delivery
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery across all creative touchpoints
  • Be responsible for a range of BAU assets, including email, paid advertising, organic social media, e-commerce and POS
  • Assist on developing our ecommerce UI optimisation
  • Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with the wider brand and growth marketing teams to deliver a high standard of work within tight deadlines


Requirements

  • Design degree or equivalent (must have)
  • Recent graduate / 1+ year's creative industry experience
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between branding, design, typography and photography
  • Knowledge of all Adobe CC including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD (must have)
  • Experience in motion graphics and confident in creating illustrations (preferable)
  • A good understanding of both digital and print production (nice to have)
  • An organised, self-starter with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • A willingness to collaborate and support your team and the wider-Company
  • Ability to build effective and open relationships with all team members
  • Ability to work on own initiative, be accountable and take ownership of work
