Are you ready to unleash your creative flair and dive into the world of graphic design? We are currently on the hunt for an energetic and innovative Junior Designer with a passion for videography and illustration to join our expanding marketing department!

As our Junior Designer, you will be involved in all aspects of design for projects, supporting the Senior Marketing Exec to shape the design and create the work that drives projects forward but also adheres to our brand guidelines. Your lively personality will bring ideas, energy, and solid design skills to any task. Helping maximise the potential of each campaign with effective design. This role also requires experience handling video equipment and a video editing skillset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dynamic Defender: As a designer, you will be expected to protect our brand's personality, infusing it with a spark of excitement and protecting it with a shield of creativity.
- Capturing Moments: Embrace the excitement of being our on-site video recording extraordinaire! Whether it's a product launch, a team-building event, or a customer testimonial, you'll be there, ensuring every moment is beautifully captured.
- Masterful Editing: Get ready to work your magic in the editing suite! Transform raw footage into mesmerizing visual masterpieces, adding captivating effects, stunning transitions, and the perfect soundtracks to create a truly memorable experience.
- Pushing Boundaries: You will be energetic and expected to push creative boundaries and create interesting pieces of work to aid our social media and paid lead generation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in our marketing team are a must, we work together, win together and learn together.

Skills and experience
- At Improveasy we value passion, creativity, and talent. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be educated to a minimum of degree level in Graphic Design/Videography or similar.
- Exceptional skills across the Adobe Creative Suite, including its video editing software.
- Proficiency in video recording equipment and techniques. You're a wizard with cameras, lighting, and audio setup.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous Graphic design and video work. We can't wait to be amazed by your work.
