Job Description
The position is fully remote, and we are flexible on hours. Communication and trust are the most important factors for us.
The main tasks of the role will include:
- Content creation across social media platforms: Mainly across Instagram and TikTok - both static and motion assets
- Creation of high-quality creative proposals for new clients
- Creating assets (graphics and videos) for our web designer to implement.
With the above in mind, tasks will also vary week to week as we are a young company experiencing big growth, which means we are taking on new clients quickly. This also means that we can discuss what you feel most comfortable doing, and what you would like to spend more time in.

Soft Skills
- A creative mindset
- An enthusiastic and creative designer with big ideas and the technical ability to execute.
- Be able to work effectively and juggle concurrent priorities.
- A team player.
Technical Skills
- Adobe Suite Proficiency: Particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro (or any substitutes)
- Social Media Management Experience: Specifically Instagram and TikTok
- Fluent in English (written especially)
- Experienced in creating high quality design presentations/pitches.
