Under the guidance of our visionary Managing Director, you will take the reins and lead the charge. Your primary mission? To ensure exceptional sales performance and champion a first-class customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and surpassing team and individual sales targets, collaborating closely with Team Leaders to achieve unparalleled sales income.
- Harnessing the power of comprehensive management information to positively impact sales performance and reporting.
- Crafting, measuring, and reporting on the sales plan, while nailing key deliverables.
- Equipping the Sales team with the necessary resources to handle customer interactions with finesse.
- Maintaining a compliant and low-risk environment.
- Instilling a customer-centric focus within your team, ensuring the customer is always at the heart of their actions.
- Contributing to budgetary discussions, with a keen eye on business growth.
- Celebrating and recognising key achievements
- Building and nurturing relationships with vital internal stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations, ensuring a holistic understanding of performance metrics and driving market trends and product enhancements.
The ideal candidate will:
- Showcase an firm grasp of insurance principles, applying them seamlessly in all daily interactions with customers and partners.
- Ideally hold a DipCII qualification, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, setting the bar high for others to aspire to.
