Responsibilities
- Deliver graphic design & presentation projects against planned timelines and briefs
- Design brand communications for shopper / retail
- Information Design designing client supplied data into compelling and engaging presentations
- Development & adaptation of visual content across digital and print media
- Presentation Decks, POS, SM content, Web Content, digital screen content
- Visual crafting from direction given by Seniors, Leads, & Directors
- Estimating your own workload against given deadlines
- Work with Resource Managers to receive scope of work in any given week
- Providing commentary on state of the job
- Asset Management: Ensure logical navigation of the project assets you use, acquire, and create through digital housekeeping process
- Company Huddles
- Briefing Meetings
- Performance Reviews & Check-ins
- Seminars, Events & Training
- R&D / Industry insights sessions
Requirements
- Visual Hi-Fi content for consumer orientated brands
- Digitally savvy: Content for most of these: Web, social media, apps, media screens
- Designing for Print
- Multi-page presentation decks, or similar
- 2+ Years in Agency or In-House roles as Junior or Mid-Weight Designer
- 3+ Years daily & thorough use of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PPT
- 3+ Years Mac OS
- 1+ Years of working alongside / with Senior Designers, Creative Leads, Art Directors
- Working with Developers on digital content
- Rough / loose internal sketching to map out your intended response (not for presentation)
- Lo-Fi Wireframes
- Graphic animation through After Effects
- 3D or Motion Graphics
- Illustration (Vector or other medium)
- Graphic comms through Mac & Adobe CS experience
- Layout, Deck Design, Presentation Design & Typographic finesse
- Image manipulation
- Managing expectations across multiple stake holders
- Note taking - listening - effectively communicating
