Our Design and Business Services unit has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer, the role can be based out of one of our offices in Speke (Liverpool) Lincoln, or Maplecross offering hybrid working.
Location: Remote/Hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Contract: Full Time– flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

The Role:
The senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer will work within our Design team and positively contribute to reducing the UK’s carbon emissions, we would like to engage design professionals who can demonstrate:
Experience in designing to DFE specifications.
Degree or HND in Building Services Engineering
Proven ability to work to tight timescales and budgets with minimal supervision
Technical Competence to develop Mechanical Building Services Engineering design solutions and provide coordinated solutions for major new builds, refurbishments and minor works.
Demonstrable understanding of current industry standards, Building Regulations, Health and Safety, and CDM regulations.
Proven experience with use of industry standard design software including Cymap, NBS, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Office is desirable.
