£36,300 up to £45,100 per annum (pro rata) - This role is offered as a 47.5 hour contract and a 40 hour contract.
This isn’t only being hands-on. This is being switched on.
As a Night Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will be responsible for leading a team in one of our busiest London stores that are responsible for getting the store into the perfect condition for opening in the morning. You will thrive on motivating your team, whilst working alongside them, to organise deliveries and getting the stock out on the shelves. Unlike your colleagues working the day shifts you won’t be interacting with customers working these shifts, but that doesn’t mean the customer experience isn’t at the heart of the role.
Please note that your application will include three online exercises, designed to provide us with a more in-depth understanding of your potential as a future leader for Lidl. To find out more and watch videos of our tests, visit: https://aon.io/3ZJVXet
The process will also include a telephone interview and a face-to-face selection event. We look forward to receiving your application.
What you'll do

What you'll need
- Experience of leading a team to achieve targets in a fast paced environment
- The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate a team whilst also working alongside them
- Willingness to work as a key part of the store team, completing daily tasks on every shift
