Working as part of an incredible committed team, you will co-operate and share knowledge and learning amongst your team. Excellent communication skills are essential, both in terms of teamwork and contact with families and professionals
You will manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager and ensure that all care planning, regulations, leadership requirements and needs of the children are met. You will supervise a team and lead others to ensure the highest of standards are met consistently.

You will be committed to giving colleagues the space and opportunity to develop, playing your part in creating a nurturing environment in which they can fulfil their potential.
We are looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, resilient, self-aware, and attuned. Someone who enjoys being with children and can provide an enriched and thriving environment. You will be able to provide a safe, secure, and containing space where children can feel comfortable to express themselves.
