Graduate Project Manager
We are looking to recruit a graduate for our 2023 intake.
The Graduate Project Manager role sits within the Services Project Management team at our Peterborough Service Centre.
The team is responsible for ensuring a world class service in providing a wide range of customers with the hire of water treatment solutions across Europe and they are responsible for the whole life of the service contract from receipt of the customer order to the issuing of the final invoice.
We will be using our full suite of training, development, mentoring and guidance to fully support you in our tailored Graduate Program.

Here’s some of what you will be learning during the graduate scheme:
- Lead the execution of small-medium scale & emergency contracts for rental of temporary water treatment solutions.
- Provide support to project managers for larger or more complex projects where required.
- Partner with & communicate directly with key stakeholders to enable the execution of assigned projects.
- Ensure a comprehensive handover & completion at each phase of projects e.g. Customers, Logistics, Production, Maintenance, Sales, Engineering, Field teams & 3rd party suppliers.
- Provide oversight & reporting on contract compliance of assigned projects including delivery & commissioning schedules, maximising uptime during operation as well as quality & quantity of water produced.
- Support review operational data, advise / coordinate technical support, lead issue escalation through to action follow-up & closure.
- Processing internal & external orders necessary for operations, maintenance, and repairs (e.g. equipment trouble reports, purchase requests, vendor invoices).
- Monitor customer purchase order validity, processing invoices.
- Support high standards of Environment, Health & Safety in both the Peterborough facility & your own remote project sites.
- Support continuous improvement by working towards related goals through the completion of assigned improvement objectives.
- You will learn how to ensure work is completed in a safe manner at all times when delivering company objectives and comply with internal, legislative and customer EHS requirements and policies.
Ideally you will already have some work experience through an industrial or summer placement to underpin your exceptional academic record.

Our ideal graduate will have a recent degree in Engineering or comparable STEM or industrial subject knowledge.
