Deployment Lead
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deployment Lead to join an exciting new medical-technology company. We are looking for an extremely driven, energetic, and passionate individual who believes in spreading the adoption of game-changing technology so more patients can benefit. The role will require the individual to manage a team of Deployment Managers based across the United Kingdom and support the implementation of our technology globally.

Its core business involves researching and developing pioneering hardware-software solutions for the healthcare sector.
SurgEase is the developer of a world-renowned CHiP Telestration platform which serves to connect clinical staff with their peers during complex and routine surgical or endoscopic procedures. The ability to deliver remote expert collaboration provides better patient outcomes and SurgEase has been the leader in this space since its inception.

Required knowledge and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences/healthcare or business-related subject.
· Full UK driver’s license with own transport.
· IT literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Applications.
· Previous experience of working with the NHS.
· Previous experience managing a team.
Desirable knowledge and experience:
· Master’s degree in a life sciences/healthcare or business-related subject.
· Previous experience working within a clinical setting.
· Previous success in a sales or account manager role.
· Previous experience in software deployment and training.
· Understanding of DTAC, DPIA, data protection and GDPR regulations.
What you’ll do?
The candidate will be assisting in the delivery of a critical service and ensure that customers’ expectations are exceeded by the technology after its acquisition.
The role includes:
1. Manage the overall CHiP Accounts and Delivery Plan.
2. Line manage the deployment team, including:
a. Produce training plan and materials to train team of Deployment Managers.
b. Provide training to Deployment Managers as and when required.
c. Support learning and development of Deployment Managers.
d. Provide resolutions to issues being escalated by Deployment Managers.
e. Recruit additional team members within the deployment team.
3. Attend medical and scientific conferences to promote and disseminate data about SurgEase's products.
4. Manage all existing accounts, providing face-to-face support and training (including international business).
5. Generate interest in upselling to current and new NHS Trusts through showcasing our products.
6. Plan and execute pre-sales and post-sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales follow-up where required.
7. Lead the completion of all required documentation such as DTAC, DPIA and PAQ.
8. Develop new relationships with different specialities, informing them of our products and services.
9. Proactively monitor customer usage, identifying and resolving any barriers that may be restricting the use of any SurgEase Innovations products or services.
10. Ensure robust procedures are being followed for business support activities such as customer complaints and feedback.
11. Help users and liaise with other SurgEase teams to ensure any technical issues with the products are addressed.
12. Track, log, and action on complaints in a timely manner and escalate for corrective actions to the relevant departments.
13. Support the Head of Commercial, Business Development Lead (for overseas) and Sales Lead with national and international business functions, arranging meetings, training, and chasing documentation from prospective clients.

Benefits:
· Salary: £40,000-£50,000, plus an additional £5000 car allowance and a generous commission scheme.

· 33 Days annual leave (including Public Holidays).
