Location: Hybrid (Homebased with travel to Bristol, Head Office)
We are looking for a Database Officer to join our friendly and welcoming Fundraising team here at Hft. With a new strategy and fundraising plan, this is your chance to be part of making a real difference for people with a learning disability to live the best lives possible.
About the role
You will have a key role in enabling us to develop a data-led approach to our activities, ensuring data is central to developing our performance across the organisation and enhancing audience experience.
You will ensure the effective development, maintenance and championing of the CRM by acting as a super-user. You will be a data champion through training other users, making recommendations and extracting data.
You will share the derived insight with a range of audiences via reports and dashboards to aid strategic decision making and improve campaign performance.
You will work closely with colleagues assisting them with data related queries and will support product development initiatives designed to help drive new audiences and maximise revenue.
About you
To be successful in the role you will have experience of working with a CRM system and producing reports and dashboards. You will also have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team as well as independently.
