We are looking to appoint a Department Manager - English/Maths to join our team based at our James Watt College, Matthew Boulton College, Sutton Coldfield College [detele as appropriate].
We are looking for a highly competent and experienced leader to manage and motivate a team of lecturing staff to achieve excellence. The primary responsibility is to cultivate a productive working environment to ensure teaching and learning is inspirational, high quality and supports learners to succeed. The appointed Department Manager will oversee the functioning and development of the department working towards the college’s strategic goals and key performance indicators.
This role will be based at one of the BMet colleges. However, you may be required to travel across sites.
