Here at IKEA Milton Keynes we are looking to welcome an experienced leader to support our growth in our kitchens sales business.

CONTRACT INFORMATION
Salary - £28,000
This is a 39hr contract working 5 days over 7 with every second weekend off.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a experienced leader to become part of our sales management team to support our ever expanding kitchen business. You have previous experience managing a team, preferably in a sales/ kitchen showroom environment. You enjoy making a difference by developing your team to be customer focused and engaged with the product. To rise to a challenge and always strive to deliver results. You have the ability to make things happen by championing flexibility, speed and simplicity.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
Ensure you have the right number of confident co-workers in the right place at the right time and securing that they are fully able and available to serve customers and actively help them to buy.

Your team has all the correct knowledge about the product range in your department and the IKEA services so that they can share this with IKEA customers to improve their overall shopping experience.

You develop your team and individual co-workers and ensure you have a succession in place.

Ensure the shop is in excellent shape as new, efficiently stocked and you act quickly with commercial opportunities.
